I have oil on the hose that is between the turbo and inter cooler, it has made the hose soft and is starting to fall apart. The dealer took it off and there is oil in the outlet of the turbo. They but die in the oil and order a new hose. I asked if there should be oil there and the teck said sometimes there is.

My question is dose any body Else have oil there I don't think that there should be any there if the seals are good.

What do you guys think?

If you have oil showing up on the inside of the hose that would be a bad thing. Was it just a little? If so probably no problem, If it was fairly wet thats a leaking seal on the turbo. It sounds like it was real wet, that is a blown seal have the dealer R&R the turbo.

First check for a restricted filter. The turbo seal is not a perfect seal, and if you noticed, the shaft has a bit of side play because the bearing is actually an oil bearing surface. Any negative pressure on the inlet side would tend to help the oil get past the seal.

Then what's it going to be? We hear about how bad the oil type air filters are because they can coat the turbo with oil, and then we hear that it's okay for the seal to leak in the turbo?

I don't think there should be any oil in the turbo... and if that dealer can't figure that out then you need another dealer.
