Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) oil pan gasket

Hi guys , Quick question are all cummins oil pan gaskets cork,

like the one below? Think I might need one this winter for

some seepage I noticed yesterday. Not real big on cork

I guess that spelling isn't a requirement for doing bussiness on E-Bay

The latest Cummins gasket is pink fiber and seems to seal well. Put a bit of RTV at the corners where the aluminum meets the iron block. Otherwise I have left the gasket dry.

If your going to bid on that, keep in mind that Cummins sells that gasket for slightly over $20. I noticed $9. 50 shipping on the e-bay ad, just so you don't get carried away with the bidding.
