It will fit but the capacity is different. Would also have to change the suction tube IIRC.

Thank yall for the help. Its probly been 5 years since I've been active on here and some things never change. The wealth of knowledge and helpfulness is awesome. I'm going to see if I can find a pickup tube and see about making the 2nd Gen pan work. In the middle of a full body off restoration on the 93 w250. Pulled the engine Saturday with my bucket on the kubota, forgot to put the bush hog on back, cleared the frame and got a few feet back an did a nose dive pan into the gravel. I guess better that than a turned over tractor. thanks again yall! Good to be back.

Does anybody know the difference in pickup tubes? Is the 1st Gen one just too long in the sump for the 2nd Gen pan? If so ill just cut an weld it shorter. The price is absurd on a new tube.
