It's really not too bad. The bolts for the engine mounts need to be removed, as well as the transmission x-member bolts. The CAC tubes need to be disconnected at the engine. An engine lift can be used to raise it a few inches. Once all of the pan bolts are removed, the oil pickup will need to be removed. After that, the pan will slide out with little clearance. A floor jack and some blocking material can also help. There are a few other little things, but that will give you an idea in what is involved.
