Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Oil Pressure

Has anyone experienced there Oil Pressure slowly decressing over the years?

My oil pressure started out at 45 psi at idle and now it shows around 35 psi at idle, this is from new 95 todate, about 11 years?

what is actually considered low oil pressure on a 12v?
