Oil Testing where?

Can I get some links to oil testing facilities on the internet. I went to my local CAT dealer and was suprised by the $26 price tag. I had heard that it should be around $8 - $16 per test.

I looked at him and he is a little expensive. On his site he has blackstone/Dyson Kits for $40... ... ... I dont think so. For $40 bucks might as well just buy the oil and forget the test.
