Anybody dealing with these people and having as much trouble as I am?. Ordered gear lube and grease a few weeks ago and recieved in about 1 and 1/2 weeks. Not bad and I can live with that so I go back and order 15-40 oil on 9/3/03 and get a confirmation number. Nothing since, no oil no shipping number, no reply to emails . They do not give a phone #, probably for a good reason, only email. I just sent them another one asking for at least a reply, maybe what the problem is and not to be ignored. They have great prices on Royal Purple but I am not quite sure it is worth the hassle. I have been telling the guy's at work about this place but I guess to keep my *ss out of hot water I will have to tell them it is a forever wait and no response from their customer service. Any body know of another place with good prices and a customer service that will actually give you an answer?

I ordered from them late last year... or was it earlier this year???? Anyway, I ordered a 6-pack of Royal Purple Max EZ synthetic power steering fluid from them and was pleased with all aspects of dealing with them.

Maybe they got hit with a computer virus. Monday 9/15/03 still no answer to email, still no shipping number. I give up. Ordered a 5 gallon jug thru longrider.com

9/16/03 just recieved a shipping number. Since I just gave up yesterday and ordered thru longrider.com it looks like I will have enough RP oil to last for a while. I would have never imagined ordering on 9/03/03 and nothing happening until 9/16/03. 3 Gallons thru oiltown and 5 gallons thru longrider.
