Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I took apart my HX35 to get the comp & exh housing coated. When I got the comp housing off, the backing plate and the insides had this black slime all over. I used to run a KN 0880 before I put the HX40 on, I now run and AFE filter. Is this crud from the KN or possibly the turbo seals going bad? Just wanting to get an idea if I should get it checked out by an expert. BTW, that comp housing sanp ring is a real pain to remove.
