Ok...

While I may not be the brighest bulb in the box I am a tad lost here. Recently while chatting with a friend about something on a members former truck I went to the search engine and just got lost and gave up. It seems no matter what I searched the archives only went back to the year 2002 and I am certain it was earlier than that. Is it something I am doing or are all the archives before 2002 lost,gone and never to be seen again?... ..... Andy

No, everything is there back to 1999. What you were probably seeing is the search returns a maximum of 500 results. So if you get 500 results and it only goes back to 2002 let's say then you can do the search again but specify to sort results by the post date but in ascending order - that will show you the first 500 results from the beginning of the site. Or you can add more search terms to make it more specific and narrow down your results.
