For starters that is. Then I need bigger injectors, 4" exhaust, and what else? I'm looking for pulling power and economy.

Sounds like your looking for a setup like mine. Check out my sig and website. I'm getting right at hwy 20mpg at a weight of just over 9000# with enough pulling power to hurt myself. #ad

Right; except that an auto isn't nearly gonna make the mileage of a five speed. The 98 comes with a 12cm turbo, right? What advantage do I get by swapping to a 16?
 
Less backpressure under boost and lower EGT, slightly better fuel mileage.
