So I'm talking about my 2013 Longhorn Laramie.... and honestly I'm embarrassed as I've asked this before, I even printed the path to reset the the FUEL FILTER INDICATOR... and put the darn thing away where I wouldn't loose it... but I didn't put it in the owners manual as a typed document...

So I can't find the page on the frontal display that shows FUEL FILTER LIFE... I can find engine oil, and all the other indicators but sat in the truck with the key on for 15 min changing the menu looking for the darn thing.... and I know I've asked the question... I even went to u-tube and every one I looked at started at the FUEL FILTER INDICATOR PAGE..... but when I scroll through menu I don't see it...

So I ran through the search engine on the forum looking for this information... and every one of the threads I look at tell me its on the main menu..... but not on my truck... AND, AND after the warranty work I've had I would assume that the updates for the dash have been done....

SO would one of you guys take pity on a long time member of this forum and give me a hand....

How do I find that page.... Thanks guys... and I promise (well maybe) to save it again where I can find it...

BTW I now see that I have 36 trophy points... what is that all about... something new I'm not aware of...

It’s either right before or right after the oil life display. On my ‘14 when my display shows mph I scroll down one screen and it shows the tire pressures then scroll to the right I think twice and the fuel filter display shows up.

If I scroll up/down on the arrow buttons on the screen I see the MPG, but I don't get a TP screen at all, and the only fuel screen I get if MPG, fuel economy... I tried to scroll right from this screen and didn't get any other screen...

Are there maybe early/late programs for the 2013 trucks...

JR, that's the U-tube video I'm talking about in my text above... that basic screen (fuel filter life) is not available to me from the main menu (up/down buttons) UNLESS its available from one of the other menus by hitting the right arrow...

Or is there some magic formula (rub your tummy and chew gum at the same time), I start with the key on (on not acc), engine not running and start to scroll... I have done this so many times I can almost call these screens from heart... but after reading the above I will walk back out to the truck later and try this again...

BTW, the last 2 times I needed this... the truck was in for some recall and I had the tech reset the display...

Honest guys... I really don't understand what I'm doing wrong...

Thanks for more insight....

In my 2014 manual, it's on page 300. A tip is to download the pdf as you can search thru it for keywords like reset, fuel filter etc etc...

Mine (2013) is under vehicle info. Where are tire pressures, coolant temps,.oil temp/pressure, turbo press, and exhaust brake power is.

It's a submenu under vehicle info???
