That kind of trailer, although a very cheap looking one without a lot ofwindows, is what is called a "Park Model" trailer. The "tip-out" is the key... . see the slanted roof of the extension?..... These are meant to be parked in a park and left there fulltime..... sorta like a mobile home but more mobile... ... the tip-out is not sealed to the weather when tipped in for transport.....

I would not recommend towing it like a travel trailer on vac like EricBu12 said its a park model or an inlaw suite parked out behind the house :-laf
