OK - who can do a MAJOR vehicle conversion!

I have an associate that wants to have his 06 Crew Cab Modified (EXTENDED and raised in height). He wants to have 4 Big Rig air seats with room between and a 3rd row bench AND a small covered bed . Also he wishes to have the cab heightened 10-12 inches. Recommendations ????

Passing through Morgan City, LA back when my '96 was new, I saw a 3500 identical to my 2500 except that the cab had been stretched to add 2 full-size back doors, retaining the club-cab's back seat & the 8'box! It was hitched to one of those long 4-horse trailers with the camper up front & that truck was about as long as his trailer! I was never able to talk to the owner to find out who did the work but I've always wondered where he had it done.

Have you considerd a Limo conversion company? I dont actually know of any but seems like a shop that is used to that kind of work.
