Guys,

i know some of you have asked about the grille work I did on Ol' blue to keep the stock grille and use the BANKS intercooler. A friend of mine took her picture while we were at the TDR Rally in Terrehaute, Sponosred by Scheid. Check out my link to her photos. I met Murphman there, had a blast.

I was prepared to humbly bow before you. I did stop by the BD booth to pick up one of the pictures of your truck and I also took one of your cards. I wanted to meet you. I was hoping maybe you could talk to Ol' Blue for me. She really enjoyed the trip. Averaged 22. 89 mpg up there and ripped around town some.

I can't believe it!! I actually saw Ol' blue! Not only did I see her, but I saw her enter the shop and have some kind of work going on under the hood! And, I forget the exact time, but now I find out that I followed her out of the fairgrounds. As we were sitting there waiting for the stoplight, I herd Ol' blue's engine rev, so I reved mine also, then the light changed and Ol' blue smoked me, I mean smoked me!, if the next light hadn't been red, I would of never caught up. Finally I got along-side and yelled, "What did you guys do to that thing today?!" Then I let them take a look at my 5" stack and tail lights! (Only because he was behind another car!)
So, Big Don, do you remember me? My buddy and I were in my blue, and silver '93 club cab, dually. Surly you noticed the pipe! If I remember correctly, there were three gentlemen riding in style in Ol' blue. I wish we could of talked, but I guess that being blown-away by Ol' blue is the next best thing!

Yep that was us. I could not believe the number of people who recognized Ol' Blue. I love her very much. All I can sayt about that truck of yours is SOLD!!! When you get done with it call me and I'll buy it. Tell me about it. Did you buy it new????? I love it, it kicks ass. I saw the dyno run. does your trnny make any noise under a hard pull in fourth at lower rpm's. By the way, I was not stepping on it till I saw you guys coming. I had entirely too much smoke. It's all cured now. Had to do some adjustments.

Email when your ready for the hopups to begin. Better yet, just sell me your truck. How many miles are on it??

Don, You seemed to be the person to talk to about power. I am rebuilding a 1991 cummins to put in my Crew Cab. Any sujestions would be a great help.

You know its funny, you want my truck, but I wouldn't mind buying that one of yours! I bought mine about a year ago with 129,000 miles. Now its got 141,000 miles, and many more to go, maybe some with increased power! About the transmission, like I said in the other topic, no strange noise, but after I got the truck, like my signature says, I filled it up with Amsoil. Haven't drained it, and am not planning on it for a while anyway.
