I Need The Oem Part Number For The Old Transfer Pump Which Mounts On The Engine. 99 24 Valve Auto 4x4 Any Help Would Be Appreciated Thank You

Waldo

Try using this number, this is the pump that Cummins is running a campaign on. Some dealers will sell it to you and some wont because it was supposed to be only for emergency vehicles and school busses. I just recently bought 2 of them at $64. 90 apiece. I installed new pump with Vulcan big line kit back by fuel tank. The number for this pump is #4090046. I am sorry but I dont know old number. Good Luck.

waldo,

I don't know if this will help but this is the Dodge part # from the invoice when mine went out : Part Number-5080885AA, Description-Payne Pump, List price-$329. 40

Also the same day I bought a spare from cummins to have laying around if needed : Cummins Part number-3990082, Description-Kit,Fuel Transfer Pump, Price-$145. 95

I did not get the number off the original that went back for warranty.

THANKS FOR THE HELP HAVE ONE COMING FROM CUMMINS, $150. 00 I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO PAYED $64. 00. HOW DID YOU GET THAT PRICE, I GAVE THEM THE SAME PART NUMBER????

Waldo,

What number did you use the 3990082 0r the 4090046. The 4090046 is the campaign #, as I said some Cummins dealers will sell it for $64. 90 and some wont. Do a search THE 70 DOLLAR LIFT PUMP and I am pretty sure there is a list of dealers that will sell it for the $64. 90.
