That was pretty cool. Anybody have a rebuildable engine for a 40 something model farmall A. My brother and nephew are restoring my Grandfathers old tractor, and have decided that the engine is too far gone. Randy

I have a complete Farmall B if anyone is interested. I wouldn't mind selling it. Very similar to the A. I believe the engine is the same.

hell ya, tractors, crawlers, and hit N miss. . have them all. . have to keep the history going... only 33yrs old and love that stuff. everytime i go to my place in northern nevada, i drive my john deer A and farmall HOo.

Well I obviously do not know the condition of you engine, but my Dad was able to rebuild the rusty old Model A in my backyard. It was down to just a frozen shortblock, but he was able to free it up, get new pistons sleeves and a used head and manifolds, now it runs like champ.
