Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I ordered gift pacakges for several family members this Christmas and due to the severe snow storms in Colorado last week, many packages did not make it to the destinations in a timely manner. Hence, when the coolers did arrive, the meat was thawed and had been for several days.
Now in the past when I have ordered perishible foods (live lobster, for instance) it was at the mercy of the delivery service and no exceptions were taken. I have been out over $100 one time when circumstances affected the crustacean delivery... but not with Omaha Steaks.
They are re- shipping all affected orders to those who need replacement due to the storm!
