I have a 94 with a #6 plate, marine injectors "300's", 4" exhaust, Clutch, Now my question is If I go to a #10 plate and 3k spring kit with 16cm housing. I'm guesing i'm around 300hp. I need to know if it will it is worth my time or just to do it and see what happens. If will help me or my truck should I do it. If so about how much more getty up go will it give me.

Thanks for your time and opinions

A #10 plate is less power than a #6. Smaller # more power.
Not the case with '94 & '95, #10 is a hotter plate. #10 is Pier's plate of choice with the smaller pumps even though TST charts don't recommend it. Works great for me.

#10 plate goes in a 215 pump. i guess u have a 160 or 175 pump and if u want more HP out of that go with #5 or a #4, or #0. 5 should be fine, but egt's really come into play with the 4 and 0 plate. 0 plate is flat and 4 is really deep in the iddle and flat on top. if u go with gov. springs on a 160 or 175 go with the 4K springs. The gov in the 160 and 175 needs stiffer springs to keep it from defuelling. u can buy the 4K springs with out the hd exhaust springs and usually the 4k is only $10 more, and if they rev too high just pull the baby spring out.
