I was looing at putting a FASS pump on my truck and was wondering what if any problems I would have with the 95gph vs the 150gph version? I am planning on turning this thing up some maybe a 100 hp or so.

If the 150 will work fine will i need to do anything else to it to run it like a regulator or is it a plug and play type of deal?

Do i bypass the stock pump with htis one or use it as a pusher for it?

ANything with a VP-44, the 95 GPH will keep up with. I have confirmed this up to about 600 HP... and we all know on #2 only, you are not going to get much more out of this pump.

We bypass the stock lift pump on all 24 valve applications.

You can run the 150 GPH (I do... but that is all DPP had when i bought my FASS back in mid '04). BUT you might have intank issues with suction with this GPH pump. BUT this is rather rare... and if you do have problems... we have a suction tube kit that will replace the stock module.

Bottom line: You can run both, but you will be just find with the 95 GPH.

Here is the install instructions to review our install... ... .

Thank you Sir! I guess I will get the 95... I am never going to really bomb this thing as I love to drive it everyday and do not want the headache of tweaking and tuning...

I'm a big fan of the 95/95-1008 works great on 98. 5-02 VP-44 trucks plus it fits great too you don't see the filters hanging out from under you truck! Great set-up for stock to 550hp.
