On the Fly Tunes by Optimal Welding

Just installed the 6 tune switch and tunes on my 05. The switch plugs into the lead that goes to the air sensor on the air filter box. That sensor is eliminated. Any thoughts on that?

Would not run on first set of tunes. It started then shut itself off. We knew it was a skim issue. Optmal sent me a new tune file within minutes. After 2nd install truck ran fine. Have not driven it yet but tune switch definitely has effect. One of the tunes I chose was 12v full power. And when I select that it sounds just like a12v.

Gonna log some data over the next week or so for him so he can fine tune them for me.

I ended up with 12v, mpg, stock, tow, full power and valet tunes. Will run the mpg first then taking my jeep to an offroad park next weekend so I will log the tow tune with about 16k gross.

Looks similar to EFI CSP5 switch, which is what I have. I can't imagine how it uses the MAF sensor hardness. EFI Live uses OBD port. Pretty standard tuning profile. The 12valve tune just removes the pilot injection event so it's one shot of fuel. Sounds cool but doesn't work as well. Less throttle response and smokes noticeably.
