Well, I don't really have a list of shops that have the brake lathe that hooks up where the caliper goes, but most brake shops have them. Other shops;including dealerships, want to take the rotors off so they can charge the extra labor.

The dealer closest to me,who's name I don't want to mention, has a machine and says on the rig turning is the only way to do it. I agree, but they also insist that the rotors need to be turned every time the pads are replaced. Not true! I have 125k and my rotors have never been turned.

Guys, Since we all now know the only "proper" way to turn the rotors on a late model Ram is with the rotor mounted on the truck, can we create a list of shops and dealiers who have the proper equipment? Waddya say moderators?

I agree don't turn your rotors unless you have a problem like pulsation or deep grooves.
