Onboard Air Problems

Can someone help me with my problem? For Christmas 04, I recieved an engine mounted compressor for my 04 Dodge. After trying to install it, I figured out that it will not fit. On the forum, I learned that I needed an 04 kit which was to come out in the near future. I called OBA every week for several weeks to learn that the kit will be "available very soon" I got to the point where someone told me that I would be called as soon as the 04 kit was out. I never recieved a call. I finally revisited the OBA site to find that the kit was available. After no less than 10 calls, I am still trying to find out if OBA will exchange my unused 03 kit for the 04 kit since the OBA website did not let me know that the 03 kit doesn't fit an 04 at the time of ordering. I have no troubles getting ahold of someone at OBA, I just can't get someone to actually make a decision for me. Is this normal? Do I have to just swallow the 03 kit and buy a whole new 04 kit to get the job done? Should I send everything back for a full refund plus interest?

Call and ask for brad direct. He is an upstanding guy and I'm sure he will make things right. You will love having OBA.
