Hey, anyone know where to get an entry form for the one millionth Cummins give away in Vegas in Dec

Must attend event to enter.

I could not find a way to enter a couple months ago. Must attend one of the Rodeo events to enter on site. I used up all my vacation early this year so I won't be going to Vegas to enter, I mean pick up my new one million Cumming truck.
