Where should I go from here? they replaced one, said others were fine... but, let it slip that DC only gives them 44 bucks for replacement that took an hour and a half... so did they really check them all?

Don't think it's the tires, because it goes away when I let off the fuel.

Are there better aftermarket u-joints?

Should I have the differentials checked? and how loud does it have to be before they'll even investigate?

Thanks all... Michael

if D. c. only gives $44 and it took a hour and a half eaither they don't have proper tools or tech was not familier with the repair or not written correctly. If stll has a problem take it back.

The u-joint they replaced was locked-up, so I'm not upset about that, just want to troubleshoot the howling...

Is there a way for me to check remaining ones without actually removing them?

... thanks... Michael

Mine does the same thing. i had the rear u joint replaced and its worse then before. i am still trying to figure it out taking it back in tomorrow.
