Where does everyone get their parts?
My local Dodge dealers are very high priced and inept when it comes to getting the right parts, and the nearest one just got whalloped by a tornado a couple weeks ago.
The local Cummins dealer is a better source for Cummins parts and the only place to go for truly expert service, but not particularly cheap of course. Places like Midwest Wheel who sell semi truck parts are the best source I've found for routine consumables like filters and fluids, and I get a trucking company discount. But I would like to find some really good online sources for both driveline and Dodge truck parts, both new and (especially) used. Ebay is, well, ebay... very hit and miss.
I now have my NV5600 and the 13 inch flywheel. That's a great start, but I have to find many other parts to finish the conversion. I see little point in paying dealer retail for such things as a crossmember and shifter knob, when used ones would be just fine.
