Gripes
1 All correspondence from Tenafly was without any human quality to it. At no time was there an acknowledgement of screw up or apology.
2 Debit of account 4 days before item was shipped, item only shipped after I became a squeaky wheel.
3 Paid $10. 85 for glorified USPS first class postage, that provides no in route status updates, just a delivery notice. $10. 85 would have paid for shipping by UPS or FedEx.
