Online renewal - possible problems

I just renewed on-line today. I selected renwal of current subscription. Nowhere in the forms did it ask for my member #. How are they gonna accurately renew it without a member # or member name. I have moved since last time and they didn't have my new addy either (until today)



Has anyone else had problems renewing on-line or had it go smoothly?

Email Robin rpatton@ix.netcom.com and give her your old and new addresses. The online renewal form does have your member name on it and they match you up based on your name and address.
