I am trying to renew on-line, but I keep getting an error message that my login is invalid. What am I doing wrong?
The on-line subscription software runs TOTALLY INDEPENDENT of the rest of the website. Your username/password (used to gain access on the rest of the TDR website) WILL NOT work when doing a new subscription or renewal.
To fix this problem, go back to the on-line renewal area. Pull your shopping cart back up and click on the link, "Basket Contents. " Make sure the quantity you are purchasing is "1".
When you get to the shopping cart, select, "Place Order Without Account" then follow the online instructions. That should work AOK. We'll match your renewal up on this end based on your name/address.
