Archived Only High beams

Some months back I had The right headlight go out and it was the light control module. Tonight I have only high beams. With the runing lights on the high beam or flash lights will not work and the low beams will not come on either ? Only the high beams come on when the lights are turned on. Please tell me that iit not another light control mod, To the tune of $ 750. 00. Any ideas ? Fusees all looked ok.

Not sure on the 3rd gens but on the 2nd gens that problem woud be caused by the Multi-function switch.
