I'm at a crossroads... and need a map.

2 Stroke Diesel In A Toyota

About a year ago, I sold my 99 because of the 53 block issue and bought an 05. Instead of piling on so many miles on the new truck, I bought a 94 Plymouth Acclam over the summer for a "work car. " I am now having serious Cummins withdrawl and am looking for a sweet old 12 valver to get me over my depression :-laf to replace the Acclaim. Wife does not understand how I miss the "Cummins clatter" and she thinks I am totally insane. Thanks for listening to me vent. I can't wait to have the real music of the Cummins everyday (none of this quiet crap of the 3rd Gen either)

Wana trade? Trade ya for your 05 :-laf I'll even give you a donor 12v engine, extra transmission and t-case! So, you could easily put a P7100 on the 24v :D

That's why I have 2 Paul..... I use the '01 for pulling the trailer, and drive the '97 every day. My only problem is I like the 12V so much, I'm ready to drop one in the '01. Oh, I also bought a '99 Jeep Wrangler project that I'm thinking about putting a 4BT in (as funds permit). It never ends

After getting my own beater car, I've begun to appreciate my truck even more when I drive it. I only get it out about once a week unless I need the truck for snow or towing.

I kind of enjoy driving my little car though- It gets good mileage and theres no worrying about door dings or other drivers.

I know what you mean...

I havent driven mine in a while for other reason's but I would drive mine once a week work 80 miles round trip.

but now getting the truck back together and look's like a new job right in town look's like ill be spending alot more time in my truck!

Good luck.
