Dometic refridgerator not getting cold

I have the chance to purchase a new 33. 5' fiver. MSRP is $50,000 and I can get for $20,000. I know they went out of bussiness but is it still worth it? Any feedback from owners of these rigs?

Thanks guys

For what it's worth - In 2003, Potomac earned the Quality Circle Special Recognition Award from the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association as a top-performing company. The company hired some Russian shipbuilders last year to perfect the company's unique sidewall construction built to a 1/16-inch tolerance.

Potomac was identified earlier as the selection of the nation's leading network of RV dealers to manufacture a private-label trailer.

Most RV appliances and add-on components all come from a few vendors. There are differences in features on things like refrigerators, water heaters, furnaces, etc. Warranty for these items typically come from the supplier and not the RV manufacturer. Axles, frames, pin box, wall material and roof material are all warranted individually from the respective supplier.

Most good RV repair shops can work on any RV and get replacement parts and components.

Do a good inspection of the base materials and how they are all put together.

RV companies have been coming and going for years.

Very little of an RV is actually warranted by the assembler.

The warranty is only as good as the RV dealer honoring it. Is the source offering a warranty - and are they willing to service it?

Thanks for all the input. It will be covered by the dealer for two years... if something is going to go wrong it should have by then. Thanks again!
