The boss brought his truck in this morn, said Harv im hearing a boost leak, would you see if you can find it? It is a 2005 3500 Cummins of corse, and it wasn't hard to find the right side of the cooler core seperated. Out running that duramax is gona cost him six ben franklins. Seems thats a weak point on these.

it should be covered bu the warranty unless he is bombed and the dealer knows.

Well this one is not stock, it has the edge attitude. The new intercooler changed part #'s the new one is all alum. welded so it will hold up. i offered to pull the edge off but they more than likley would have baulked any way.

And why? If its warranty its D. C. s Been a number of failures of the plastic intercoolers. Fords were popping lots of them for a while.
