Order Code 3WL -- what is it?

I'm getting some price quotes from local dealers. For the same vehicle (3500, HO, 6-sp, 4x4, quadcab, etc. ) some quotes show order code 3WL at -$440. The quotes have no explanation for this price reduction. I like the idea of a price reduction, I just wonder what it's about. Anyone know?
