Oregon Rammers Get together

On September 22nd and 23rd myself and a few others will be camping at the Devils Lake RV resort on the north side of Lincoln City. Any and all rammers are invited to camp out for the weekend or meet up with us on Saturday the 23rd. Activities are open at this time. A rally down the coast is a possibility as well. Email or post if you are interested.

I'll be at the Embarcadero in Newport that weekend. Could drive up to Lincoln City or somewhere to meet up with others if there is any interest.

Of course this would mean we'd need to take the Ram to Newport instead of driving the wife's car.

Wade,this isnt another honey do trip is it?You missed the summer round up,now this. Mark your calendar because I believe the Timberline Fall roundup is in November. Check the Pacific Northwest Chapter website for updates. Newport isnt that far from Lincoln City. Im sure we can arrange some sort of meeting time and place. Keep your eye on this posting for updates. Hey,Mike,I knew I forgot to list something.

No Michael, not a honey do trip this time but a busness trade show in Costa Mesa CA. I have most of November wide open right now so I will definitely make sure to be at Timberline to show all that I truly exist.

Sure glad to see there will be one last get together before whats left of our so called summer. Looking forward to seeing my friend Mike and my other friend Mike again. Sure hope the gambling casino saves a spot for us! For those of you who are not familiar with Devils Lake/Lincoln City area there are two casinos; an outlet mall for the girls (men leave your credit cards home!) the beach ofcourse and some great restuarants and the Newport Aquarium is only a day trip. Okay..... the wife agreed to going in the Ram this weekend instead of taking her car. Of course she now wants to stop at antique shops since we'll have room to haul stuff back.

So... ... what cb channel are you folks going to be on? Also when and where do you plan on being?

Probably the easiest place to meet will be at the Devils Lake RV resort. BV,take a left at the first stop light when you come from the north. Irontrader,head north through Lincoln City. Turn right at the first stop light after you pass Mcdonalds. Take the first right. Youll see the RVs. Hows about noon for a meet time. Let me know or Mike Clay if this works. BTW,you wont be able to miss where we are. Just look for the Rams with all the chrome. HeHe

Sorry I can't make it down there this weekend but I will be driving the I-5 tommorrow in a big lifted Dodge with a 26' cargo trailer. Keep a horn on for me.

I'm major bummed out. I have missed every event this summer. Just went to the coast last weekend and am now scheduled up through Christmas. I am sorry to have missed out on the Portland trip but $$ called. We will be heading out for the winter soon so will try to catch up with the group again next spring/summer.
