Fuel
If you changed the fuel filter, loosen the banjo bolt at the injection pump from the fuel filter. Place a shop towel around the fitting to reduce fuel spray, have someone bump the starter and leave the switch on, the lift pump will run for several seconds. Do this again or until fuel is present at the banjo fitting, as soon as fuel is present, tighten the fitting as it can syphon back to the tank if left loose long enough. Attempt to start engine, don't run starter more than 15 or 20 seconds and wait two minutes between starter use to start engine. If it doesn't attempt to start, get a metric wrench to fit the nut on the injector lines where they go into the cylinder head, loosen at least three of the nuts, try starter again, it should go this time if all else is well. After it fires, shut off engine and tighten the nuts to 28 ft. lb. Good luck. bg
