overdrive question

On a 92 automatic is it possible to bypass the VSS and activate the overdrive manually thru a separate switch, so when the speedometer decides to quit working you still have O/D.
My VSS has a mind of it's own.

yes you can do a search on Overdrive switch .

change your TPS $200 it fixed mine.

Do a Web search it's Like 40 buck's to change to a different style to Heck with 200 .

TPS isn't the problem its a VSS with a mind of it's own

Check e bay the VSS can be bought very reasonable on there I picked up 2 for like 20 each
