It usually takes more than one press to turn my overdrive on or off. I'm thinking that it might just need some contact cleaner. Anyone know how to remove the overdrive switch. Does it pry off or unscrew from the shift lever. Any help appreciated.
You can pop just the end off and try to get in there enough to get at the contacts. If you take the whole thing off it pulls off it is not threaded on.
