My fuel pressure is low (11 @ idle / 19 @ 2500 RPM). The pressure goes to where it should be when I pinch off the fuel return line, so I'm pretty sure my overflow valve is bad. I want to check my overflow valve and see if I can stretch the spring as I heard of others doing. Can somebody give me a quick "how to" on doing this?

Thanks,

Remove the plug on the top of the valve. There is a spring and check ball, and be careful not to loose either those or the sealing washers. The spring needs to be . 500 - . 550" long.

Just above the bolt in that picture is a notch in the intake manifold. You'll probably want to take a file and clearance it just a little to get the of valve out, unless you just remove the spring. Either way, don't loose the washers.
