At about 60 or 70 k the overflow valve was ticking but nobody knew what it was .

I just joined the TDR and I'm fixing all the little thing's ,TPS,fuel shutoff solenoid, fuel shut off relay's,ect.

I have 120k and the Overflow valve is not ticking anymore.

should I be alarmed?

Fuel milage is about 14 around town

Bob, you're a good example of patience fixes everything.

Could be the check valves in your lift pump are giving up and the pressure is dropping. The ball in the overflow valve that was clicking before isn't fighting as much pressure. Best bet would be put a gauge to it and check your fuel pressure.
