Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Overhaul

I was sitting here and going through all the problems with my 12v lately and got to thinking about an overhaul. So that made my brain turn over a little (always scarry), does anyone know off the top of their head what an ENTIRE overhaul kit would cost? I'm talking new bearings, seals, gaskets, rings, and all the other things that are escaping my head at this particular moment.

If you don't get an answer I'll find out for you tomarrow. I have to go to Cummins NW to pick up a new rear main seal, figure I'll replace it while the clutch is out.
