Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I changed the batteries on a 2006 the other day and now the overhead console reads some pretty amazing 28-40mpg. I know the new batteries are powerfull but wow, just kidding
. I did the step/reset and it came back as a PASS. I do not know if it worked befor i did the batteries as i just bought the truck. I unhooked the batteries again and it started out at 15mpg and 70miles later is back up to 36mpg. I have read people say it averages the last 150miles so maybe i will leave it alone but it sure does not look like its working.
Anyone have issues like this?
