I have a 98 2wd and thinking about getting 19. 5" wheels for it. Are there any larger rotors That I can install behind these wheels for better braking power? Maybe larger brake drums too. Thanks for any input.

Dallas :) :)

oversize rotors

Dallas:

Not that I know of, I like the EGR and EBC rotors (oem sized for diameter).

You might try DC to let you get some measurements off a hub rotor for a third gen truck, then you could get 13" rotors? Not sure of the backspacing or wheel bearing, spindle arrangement. .

You would also have to modify the caliper bracket and likely go the the third gen caliper. .

Sounds expensive and lots of r&d.

I would ck. out the EGR or EBC rotors both are pricey but work as advertised.

Good luck

Andy
