Oxygen Sensors

Just going into the 4th problem with the oxygen sensors on 2010 Laramie at 114K miles. Any clues as to what causes this problem? I do have small town driving, but travel highway speed for 20 to 30 minutes getting to town and back. Now the warranty is gone, so $$$.
