Archived P 0192 Engine code with (Eng. light)

Need help . Engine light on. Its seems to be running alright but when the light came on it started to knock bad. I killed the engine quick ,waited about five minutes and then drove it home(10 miles). Any suggestions ? Thanks

P0192 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Input



I’m not that familiar with the 2003 but I would say that if its sensing low pressure that may cause it to knock like that…. I would say check all the connections and clear the code w/ either a scanner or disconnect your batteries… I’m sure someone w/ a 3rd gen truck will chime in…
