Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) p-1693 turbo charge control circuit malfunction

anybody else get this one all i have is a k&n filter and also removed silencer ring

I've had that one before. My QuickCheck gizmo pointed me to the MAP sensor. I replaced it and it stayed gone for about 6 months. It has come back now with the same code. I may try another MAP sensor and see if it fixes it again.
