What is the difference in the pumps between the 160,180,and 215hp pumps? Is it just calibration or?

Yes I believe calibration is one of the things they do. Read on one of the threads that track travel is also by putting spacer in for 215. There are a couples ways to adjust plate and increase fuel supply to cylinders with screws on back of pump. Very delicate adjustments. That's why putting in plate is easier,no quessing fuel increase is already figure out.
