Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) P Code 1693

I have a 2001 2500 24V with in tank lift pump, vulcan big line kit, and a quadzilla adrenaline. I am currently in S. Korea in the Air Force. My father has my truck at home. He pulled it onto the driveway a couple weeks ago and it ran fine. He shut it off, aired up the tires and tried to start it again. It would not start. Engine would turn over but would not fire. Now all it is throwing for codes is: P 1693. Can anyone help me with this. I come home in a couple months and cant wait to drive my coal burner. Thanks in advance.

Your Dad should try to get the codes again. Sometimes when you do the key code check some tend to turn the key off when they see any code. It goes into both pcm/ecm and he should give it more time. 1693 is just a companion code. Ask him to try again then give it more time to give you the code.
