Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I have access to a nice runniing 12 valve that is in 96 ram. I am really considering getting it because I want to P-Pump my 01. But I have been told that the best route may be to install the 12 valve and use the 24 valve heads. The 12 valve has 190K on it.
What are you thoughts?
(1) Should I P-Pump the current 24 valve which has 289K on it.
(2) Do a 12 valve conversion to my one?
(3) Install the 12 valve and use the 24 valve heads.
Cost, time, and overall performance are major concerns in this endeavor.
