Hi all
I am having a problem after timing my P pump on a 95 12 valve I can not get the #1 injector barrel to seal when I took it
apart the o-ring was in a different place than the Dodge repair book shows it I have tried it both ways but it still seeps
fuel can anybody tell me the proper stack of seals and parts in a injector barrel. The repair book calls it a copper gasket
but my parts supply house says it is a o-ring any help would be GREAT and I would appreciate it very much

Thank you in advance
Carl

PS If anybody has a picture or break down of how they stack that would be good too

Early P pumps like 1994 and maybe 1995 had a copper gasket under the delivery valves, but later ones don't. The green o ring can get abraded and let fuel leak out--they are not just dirt seals.

Joe thanks for the reply the problem was the nut behind the wheel I stacked the parts in the wrong order all better now.

Carl
