P0031 not clearing

All right folks here is my problem. truck is throwing P0031. Dealer validated it was sensor (flopped with down stream and got P0037 indicating it was sensor) . Replaced with aftermarket Denso sensor didn't work, bought OEM sensor and replaced sensor. Cleared code and came back within 1/2 mile. truck is 2009 with 134750 miles. daily driver about 80 miles a day.
Searched this forum and others and cant find other causes of 0031 fault
